While building performance-driven systems and leading global teams at companies like Zalando and Rolls-Royce, I also became deeply interested in resilience, meaning, and sustainable leadership - for both myself and the people I worked with.

This realisation now shapes how I lead, coach, and build operational frameworks that support both people and performance.

Today, I work as a coach with professionals navigating burnout, identity shifts, and leadership transitions. I combine real-world experience in complex organisations with professional coaching training (ICF PCC, in progress) and a foundation in Jungian psychology from the Society of Analytical Psychology.

My approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful change doesn’t come from fixing ourselves, but from reconnecting to who we are - and learning to lead from that place.
